This variation
on a Manhattan
usesreposado
–tequilathat
has been aged
at least two
months in oak
barrels.
Ingredients
·45mlPatrón
Reposado
·15mlPatrón
Citrónge
Orange
·15mldry
vermouth
·15mlsweet
vermouth
·1dashbitters
·Cherry
to garnish
Method
Combine liquid
ingredients in
mixing glass
and stir with
ice. Strain into
cocktail coupe
and garnish.

THE BLOODY
MARIACHI
This tangy spin is
an ideal brunch
accompaniment.
Ingredients
·45ml
Patrón Silver
·90ml
tomato juice
· 15ml lemon juice
· 15ml orange
juice
·3cucumber
slices
·2sprigs
rosemary
· 1 jalapeno wedge
·Worcestershire
sauce, and salt
and pepper
Method
Muddle jalapeno,
rosemary and
cucumber then
add remaining
ingredients and
shake. Strain into
Collins glass over
ice, and garnish.

NEGRONI
This update on
the traditional
recipe is also a
goodpre-or
post-dinner
drink.

· Orange slice
to garnish
Method
Combine
ingredients in
an ice-filled
rocks glass and
stir. Garnish

MARGARITA

on a staple tequila
cocktail that
works well with
chicken or pork.

Patrón Silver
· 60ml coconut
water
·15mllimejuice
·15mlsimple
syrup
·3cucumber
slices to garnish
Method
Combine all
ingredients
(except
cucumber) in a
shaker with ice.
Shake, then strain
intoahighball
glass and serve
with cucumber
slices.

MARTINI
For a twist
on the classic
recipe,
substitute gin
or vodka for
atop-notch
tequila.

Method
Combine liquid

Method
Express the
orange peel oils
into a double old
fashioned glass.

large ice cubes,
and stir.

MARTINI
The perfect way
to cap off a meal,
it uses
coffee-infused
Patrón ‘XO Café’
liqueur.
Ingredients

· Sugar and
powdered
chocolate
Method
Rim a martini
glasswithsugar.
Combine liquid
