You’ll flip over these delicious, fluffypancakes – and not
just on weekends. They’ll fast become a weekday treat.

Stir 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste into Basic Buttermilk Pancakes batter (recipe
opposite) before cooking. Top pancakes with250g halved strawberries and 200g
raspberries. Serve dusted with icing sugar.
