While low−fat milk can
be used, the yoghurt
will be slightly thinner.
To makeyoghurt
thicker, add
2 tablespoons full−fat
milk powder when
heating the milk.
Yoghurt needs to be
kept at a consistently
warm temperature for
8 hours for it to thicken.
If you don’t have a
thermos, place jars so
that they are immersed
in bath−warm water in
a covered Esky.
