Birds Renovations was also a first.

“We’d transformed brick and tile

houses before, but never fibro,” says

Lana Taylor, director. “This cottage was

well-kept but dated, so we

reconstructed it using Scyon™ Linea™

weatherboards.” From the beginning,

weatherboard was always going to play

a major role in the beautification of this

home. “We got the timeless look of

timber cladding, but with all the

benefits of fibre cement – it’s resistant

to damage from termites ,rot and fire.
