—JORDIN SPARKS

The Verdict“Jordin’s protein game is strong,” says
Chicago-based dietitian Dawn Jackson Blatner, “but her
produce and whole grains could use a boost.” She recom-
mends that Sparks blend greens into her breakfast shake—
which is too light at only 100 calories—and swap brown-rice
pasta and zucchini for the eggs in her second lunch. Sparks
gets kudos for her frozen treat. “It’s smart to have fresh fruit
instead of high-calorie, junky candy toppings,” says Blatner.
