Try to keep your work area as tidy as you
can—my husband would roll his eyes if
he read this—but seriously, keeping the
area as clean and tidy as possible makes
for happier, less stressful cooking.
Wash any leaves/fresh herbs and
place them in the box in the bottom of
the fridge with dry paper towels on
the bottom and a wet tea towel on
the top. They stay fresh for ages.
Freeze any fruit that is just starting to
turn and use it in smoothies.
