We’ve seen everything from Twilight
to Taylor Swift-themed spin classes, in
an effort to make daily exercise more
palatable. And now, yoga is getting
on board. There’s beer yoga in Berlin
(having a pint after you pose), gin yoga
in Manchester (ditto, but with G&Ts)
and even goat yoga (on a farm, while
baby goats run around... obviously) in
Oregon. Fad or the future of exercise?
You decide. What we do know is 20
minutes of yogic breathing can reduce
stress and inflammation*, so anything
that gets you ‘omming’ – yes, even
baby goats – can only be a good thing.
