1: Your opponent is in turtle, so start by sneaking your right hand through
to control their forearm as pictured.

2: Grip your opponent’s left foot with your left hand.

3/4: Drive your left knee in between their right knee and arm. At the
same time, drive your weight across your opponent’s back to flatten
them out, but make sure you keep control of their right forearm

7/8: Switch your base so you’re sitting right over your opponent and
can finish with the armlock.

5/6: Bring your left hand into play so you have two hands on one of
your opponent’s.
