BATTLE ROPE
Grip each rope. Alternate
arms, making choppy
waves and engage your
entire body by extending
your legs, torso and arms
during each slam.

MED BALL SLAM
Hold a medicine ball in at
chest level, elbows bent
and pointing down. Lift the
medicine ball above your
head, slam it into floor,
catch, then repeat.

Explosive moves
with battle ropes
have charged up
Pratt’s conditioning.
