an intimate gathering at Il Salviatino, a
15 th-century villa in the hills of Florence.
In true Italian fashion, guests experienced
a culinary journey to the origins of Tuscan
cuisine and rediscovered old classics created
by the hotel’s renowned chef, Giuseppe
Imparato, all washed down by a few Peronis.
