log in baking paper and plastic wrap,
then freeze for up to 2 months. Thaw
in the fridge, slice and bake when
ready to use.
+ BAKE AHEAD You can bake
pinwheels up to 3 days ahead. Store
in an airtight container in a cool,
dark place.
