BLAZÉ MILANO
Blazé Milano is the brainchild of three Italian friends,
Corrada Rodriguez D’Acri, Delfina Pinardi and Maria
Sole Torlonia, who met while working at Elle Italia.
United by their love of couture and frustration at not
being able to find jackets tailored for women, they launched their brand,
a play on the French word for nonchalance and the product they’re
reinventing, in 2014. The blazers, in streamlined styles and hand-stitched
in Milan, can be bought off the rack or ordered as couture. From svelte
velvet smoking jackets to boxy bouclé numbers and even longer jacket
dresses and robe styles, they solve your every jacket need. The fall/
winter 2017 collection is
inspired by the roaring
twenties in New York
and comes with art deco
motifs and plenty of old-
school glamour updated
with androgynous
attitude for a thoroughly
modern muse. These
are the sorts of jackets
you could legitimately
wear on a night out with
nothing but a bra and
stockings... Well, maybe.
