Way back in the bad old days of the 1960s, singer Jack Bruce
had his only solo hit, ‘Rope Ladder To The Moon.’
It was catchier than chicken pox, but its lyrics were a mush
of sunbeams and rainbows. While a rope ladder to the moon
might sound like a great idea if you’re high as a kite on some
dirty old bush weed, for those of us with our feet on the
ground, a sturdy metal ladder is a much better option.
Case in point being the new folding aluminium ladder from
RhinoRack, which is a top addition for owners of vehicles
equipped with RhinoRack’s Pioneer range of roof trays.
Most of us are familiar with the hassle of accessing and
unloading gear from our vehicle’s penthouse; and this problem
becomes even more apparent if you’re running a lifted, high
clearance truck.
This folding ladder connects seamlessly and can be installed
on any side of your vehicle. It’s also been designed specically
for use in uneven offroad conditions, with extra wide soft feet
designed for stability in soft ground.
The whole shebang is constructed from aluminium with a
black powder coat nish and it also unfolds at an angle to
prevent any contact with your paintwork.
Sorry Jack Bruce but we’re calling you and your silly rope
ladder out here, bud.
