1st row (wrong side) – Knit.
Last row forms garter st.
Work in garter st until the leg measures
20cm (8in) from beg, working the last
row on the wrong side. **
Break off yarn and leave these 10 sts
on the spare needle.
Work a second leg in the same way

Join legs –
Next row – Work across the second
leg as folls: K1, M1, K8, M1, K1, turn,
