HALLOWEEN IDEAS

Freaky decos and tricked-up treats for a haunting All Hallows’ Eve at your place

now it’s time to...

h

alloween is the one night
of the year when hordes
of folk dressed as ghosts,
ghouls, zombies, wolves and witches
make their way through your
neighbourhood. Not to mention a
good deal of princesses, superheroes,
rock stars and Hogwarts wizards
too – all on the hunt for tricks or
treats! Welcome the whole motley
crew to your neck of the woods
with these spooky decorations
and spine-tingling delights.

2 Carve a cackling Jack
You can skip carving a pumpkin
and make a miniature instead.
Just follow the same steps for
making a jack-o'-lantern (see
page 202), but use a yellow
capsicum as your spooky subject.

1 A bunch of hocus pocus
Dress up for the night in your
costume of choice (mums and
dads included), then freak-up
your front porch with spider
webs, broomsticks, flying
bats and ghastly ghouls.

It's witching hour for^
