2 Take 130g of sugarpaste, knead
and flatten to an oval shape. Use your
thumbs to indent the eyes and slightly
flatten the ridge between these.

3 Form the nose and cheeks by
pressing down from the inside of
the eye sockets, then flatten below
the nose.

4 Smooth the sides of the nose
outwards towards the cheek with
your finger, and then form a high
cheekbone by smoothing upwards.

5 Narrow the head slightly by
pressing in either side of the eye
and shape the brow line.

6 Form the nostrils by pressing in
and then gently pulling out to
the sides.

9 Using a peach airbrush colour,
paint the face with a light coat.
Turn the face while spraying to
ensure all areas are coloured.

7 Form the ball of the nose by shaping
around the top of the nostril on each
side. Add some lines to the forehead
with your silicone shaper tool.

8 Mark inner and outer points of
eyes and press in shape of the eye.
Use silicone shaper to create upper
and lower lid by marking a line just
above and below the eye area.
