Wool sewing needle

Not critical to project

WORKING PATTERN

Cast on 114 sts loosely.

Row 1: K2* P2,K2 repeat from * to

end.

Row 2: P2 * K2,P2 repeat from * to

end.

These 2 rows form rib pattern.

Continue in rib pattern until work

measures 8cm from cast on edge.

Cast off loosely in rib pattern.

MAKING UP

Form into a circle overlapping ends

slightly.

Pin into place and try on for size. If

too large increase overlap until desired

fit is achieved. Ear warmer should be

firm but not tight.

Sew buttons evenly onto overlap, close

to edge, securing both layers.

Fasten off.
