FIRST MOTIF
Using 4.50mm hook, make 4 ch, sl st
to form a ring.
Round 1: 1 ch, 6 dc into ring, sl st
into first dc.
Round 2: 2 ch and 1 dc into same
place, 2 dc into each of next 5 dc, sl
st to 2nd of 2 ch.
Round 3: 3 ch, work 2 tr into same
place leaving last loop of each tr
on hook, yoh and draw through all
loops, 3 ch, make 3 tr into next dc
leaving last loop of each tr on hook,
yoh and draw through all loops, rept
from 10 times more, 3 ch, sl st
into 3rd of 3 ch.
Round 4: SI st into 3 ch sp, 1 ch, 1
dc into same place, (5 ch, 1 dc into
next 3 ch sp) twice, 7 ch, 1 sl st into
4th ch from hook (picot formed), 3
ch, 1 dc into next sp, rept from to
end, omitting 1 dc at end of last rept,
1 sl st into 1st dc. Fasten off.
