STITCH GUIDE
MAKE 4
Using 20.00mm needles, cast on 2 sts.
Next row: Knit.
Row 1: Insert needle into the first st
one row below, inc 1, knit to end.
Row 2: Insert needle into first sts one
row below, inc 1, K to end.
Continue increasing in this manner
until there are 20 sts.
Next Row: Knit.
Next Row: P2tog, p to end.
Next Row: K2tog, K to end.
Continue in stocking stitch and
decreasing at the beginning of each
row until 2 sts remain.
Next row: K2tog, bind off.

MAKING UP
With RS together sew two pieces
together alternating Knit pattern
and stocking st pattern, repeat for 3
sides, insert cushion insert, sew up
remaining seam, attach buttons or
decorate as desired.

Pattern Notes
When sewing up I have unravelled a
piece of yarn and used one strand,
this makes the seam a little less bulky.
Make sure the centre points are lined
up to achieve and square result.
