RSRV ROSÉ FOUJITA
RSRV Rosé Foujita is a blend of Chardonnays
from Cramant and Avize (30 per cent) and Pinot
Noirs from the Aÿ, Bouzy and Verzenay regions.
Grand Cru red wine from Ambonnay is added to
the blend to bring out fruity aromas. The wine is
aged for four years in oak barrels that add notes of
vanilla with nuances of pastries.
The richness of Rosé Foujita allows for a wide
range of food pairing. Grilled red meat, salmon
marinated with cranberries and creamy bavarois
with berries are ideal options. It is one of the
few Rosé wines that can be enjoyed throughout
a whole meal.
RSRV BLANC DE BLANCS 2013
Blanc de Blancs is made exclusively from
Chardonnays produced in Cramant, which is
situated in the heart of the Côte des Blancs area.
RSRV Blanc de Blancs 2013 is fresh and delicate
with a creaminess acquired over a minimum
four years of ageing, making it an ideal aperitif
champagne. It pairs exceptionally well with
Moreton Bay Bugs, oysters and scallop carpaccio as
well as creamier white fish and spring vegetables.
2013 is widely considered to be an excellent
vintage for Chardonnay in the French
Champagne region, evidenced by Blanc de Blancs'
worldwide critical acclaim.
