rescue in the Mediterranean.
October 4: The China-EU Forum entitled“How China and the EU Jointly
Embrace the Rise of China”is held in 23 European cities and Brussels, where
the EU is headquartered, from today until October 7; it attracts nearly one
thousand people from all circles from China and the EU and involves various
fields; it is the largest forum for discussing the rise of China between China and
