TOP LEFT TO RIGHT Everyone expected

the Seafox 288 Commander to put up a big

fight and it did but was ultimately outshone

by the Mako; Previous winner and one to

watch was Haines Hunter’s 565R Limited, a

proven hull with performance to match its

great looks.

BOTTOM LEFT TO RIGHT After coming

close in ’17, Northbank returned with the

650 HT with all the fruit inside and great

looks from the wrap; Caribbean’s 2400

impressed with a huge cabin and cockpit;

Whittley brought the 22 Sea Legend; it

impressed in fit out and technology.

2016 set the scene for a back-to-back winner

and in this year Mako did it. Where the 234CC

left off, the 284CC took over. Bigger and

better, it dominated AGB 2017.
