the subject through your view inder, for example
horse or boat racing, it is a good idea to have your
camera attached to a monopod to give extra stability
with your DSLR camera and zoom lens set on AF
sports mode and stabiliser. The monopod gives
you freedom of movement in conined spaces or
a crowded venue. Stabilisation is the best option
for sharp images for hand-held shooting, giving
the ultimate freedom of movement while trying to
capture a moving object such as wildlife or action
at a football match, so you can zoom in on your
subject matter.
