A GYM WITH A VIEW
The beach club was one of
the Prince Shark’s selling
and Gobbi has further

NATURE INSPIRES GOBBI TEAM

take on the Prince Shark model. This 48m Rossinavi platform
has seen three hulls launched and a fourth sold, but designer

key inspiration for the design, which features completely
new naval architecture. The aim was to evoke a fluid motion
with edgeless forms, such as the inflected overhangs that

R+P ARCHITECTURE
Just like its World Superyacht Award winner Gipsy, Otam’s
new 115 Custom concept measures 35.2m – but that’s where
the similarities end. The Italian yard has teamed up with
Niccolo Pasquini and Alessio Riccobaldi of the R+P
Architecture studio to create an altogether more
modern exterior design for a potential client. The
steel hull encompasses a traditional layout,
including a main deck master suite. Nifty
features abound, but the option to carry
a 7m tender on the upper deck aft is
particularly notable. otam.it

OYSTER
OPENS UP
FOR REICHEL/
PUGH
British yard Oyster
has announced a new
design partner as well
as a new construction
material. The 33.5m
Project Alpha was
penned by Reichel/Pugh and will be built
from carbon-epoxy with a telescopic keel.
