In 2013 Seascape introduced its mid term plan; to build at least one model for each of the
CE-categories - A, B C and D. The plan was based on one of the Seascapes core beliefs: to get the best possible sailing
experience, the boat should be as simple, fun, high quality and, amongst all as small as possible. After making a solid base
covering C and B categories with 18, 24 and 27, we decided to step into the diverse world of dinghies. The 14 is the fi rst
Seascape without a ballasted keel but with extended mobility (car roof transport), smart features and, a super simple layout.

Main feature of the 14 is her adaptability. While
singlehanders and beginners will appreciate the
simplicity of the standard Cat rig confi guration, the 14
also comes in the full 3 sails setup, suitable for double-
handers and ambitious singlehanders.
Full confi guration can be scaled down to mainsail only
setup during sailing: simply roll the jib and move the
daggerboard to the after slot.
Standard confi guration can be simply retro fi tted to a Full
confi guration - all attachment points are already built in the boat.
