GRAND UNION

NENE VALLEY RAILWAY Seven miles of the

old railway which once paralleled the Nene

have been reopened from Peterborough via

Wansford to Yarwell, and passengers can ride

behind heritage steam and diesel locomotives.

There are also stations at Orton Mere and

Ferry Meadows, enabling you to combine a

steam train ride with a walk on the Nene Way.
