3 heads broccolini, split into fl orets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 head garlic
Kosher salt
Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon red pepper fl akes
1 lemon, halved
2- 3 tablespoons Asiago cheese, grated

DIRECTIONS
1 PREHEAT oven to 475 °F. Line a baking
sheet with Reynolds Wrap® Aluminum Foil.
Spread the broccolini on the baking sheet
and drizzle with olive oil.
2 TOSS the fl orets with olive oil. Halve the
garlic bulb and drizzle with olive oil. Turn
the garlic-exposed side up on the baking
sheet and sprinkle with red pepper fl akes.
3 ROAST for 20-2 5 minutes until the
broccolini is just slightly crispy.
4 REMOVE from oven and top with fresh
lemon juice. Sprinkle with grated
Asiago cheese. Plate the broccolini with the
halved garlic heads and enjoy.
