the water. “We developed several different
profi les,” says designer Spadolini,
“before fi nalising the
exterior styling with
two sweeping arches
framing the aft cockpit,

which also help shield the space from the wind.”

Cerri Cantieri Navali (CCN) was contracted

to build the yacht as it was the only yard

willing to accept the

extremely tight schedule

of just 14 months. The

shipyard in Carrara,

Tuscany, is also close to Cavalli’s home in

Florence, allowing him to make frequent

visits during the build.

Cavalli is said to be absolutely delighted

with his latest creation, stating: “I’m overjoyed

with the fi nal result and aim to spend as much

time as I can on board.”
