into the heart x 3
Either stay in kneeling or come into a cross
legged seated position whichever is most
comfortable. Place your hands over your
heart centre in the centre of your mid chest.
Close your eyes, inhale the breath into your
hands and exhale: hum loudly to vibrate and
awaken the heart. Repeat three times, using
the sound to stimulate energy at in heart. - Lotus mudra with
mantra ‘Aham Prema’
‘I am love’
Bring your hands into prayer at the heart
centre and softly open the middle three
fingers, keeping the thumbs and baby fingers
together. Like a lotus flower blossoming.
Repeat the mantra either internally or
out loud ‘Aham Prema’ meaning ‘I am love’
and allow a sense of warmth and love to fill
your heart.
