- Tabletop
Separate the feet hip-width apart and
bend the knees. Place hands behind the
body, fingers pointing towards the feet.
Inhale lift up to form a table, try to bring
the pelvis higher than the knees. The
ankles are under the knees and wrists
under the shoulders. Relax the head back
and stay for 10 breaths.
Kneeling
Kneeling, sit buttocks onto heels and
bring hands to prayer position at chest.
Close the eyes and dedicate this time
to be grateful for the day, the people
that you may encounter and the many
blessings that you have in your life.
