Proceed carefully if you have neck issues.
Alignment Points


  • Begin in easy seated pose (page 118), sitting up with a tall and
    straight spine.

  • Reach your left  ngertips on the  oor away from your hip.

  • Take your right hand and place it on the left side of the head.

  • Gently release your right ear toward your right shoulder until you
    feel a stretch across the left side of the neck.

  • Repeat on the other side.
