Alignment Points
- Begin in easy seated pose (page 118), sitting up with a tall and
straight spine. - Reach your left ngertips on the oor away from your hip.
- Take your right hand and place it on the left side of the head.
- Gently release your right ear toward your right shoulder until you
feel a stretch across the left side of the neck. - Repeat on the other side.
