Modi cations and Other Options



  • For a stretch in the top part of the neck gently release your right ear
    toward your right shoulder, then turn the chin down toward the right
    side of the chest until you feel the stretch (1).

  • To target the neck muscles at the base of the skull, push the back of
    the head into your hand to create positive counterresistance (2).
