Pranayama Postures

Pranayama can be practiced in various positions. Some poses are seated,
and some are reclining. Some you feel mostly in the hips, and others you
feel more in the knees. Select poses based on your individual needs. Seek
a position that sets you up for support and comfort. All poses should create
space throughout the torso so there is an abundance of space to breathe into.
Listed in each pose are matching pranayama practices.
