EASY CROSS-LEGGED
SEATED POSITION
This posture is good for all pranayama practices.
- Come into a comfortable seated position.
- Cross one leg in front of the other.
- Sit up with a tall straight spine.
- Relax the shoulders back and down.
- Allow the outer calves to rest in the inner arches of the feet.
- Rest the hands comfortably on top of the knees.
- You may sit on a prop to elevate the hips for greater comfort.
