EASY CROSS-LEGGED


SEATED POSITION
This posture is good for all pranayama practices.


  • Come into a comfortable seated position.

  • Cross one leg in front of the other.

  • Sit up with a tall straight spine.

  • Relax the shoulders back and down.

  • Allow the outer calves to rest in the inner arches of the feet.

  • Rest the hands comfortably on top of the knees.

  • You may sit on a prop to elevate the hips for greater comfort.
