OM Yoga UK - November 2018

OM in 30 seconds

Every moment there is an opportunity
to centre into your breath. When you’re
on the tube, walking to work, waiting
for a coffee, bring your awareness to
your feet, breathe and come back to
your body.
OM Meets...Steffy White (p40)

The key to allowing your psoas to release
built up tension is creating a safe space
and an attitude of allowance of release in
your body. Sometimes the muscles in your
body will spontaneously release when you
feel at ease.
Realising The Psoas (p50)

Awareness of the breath is one of the
quickest ways to calm the mind, connect
to the body and come into a mindful,
focused state. There are so many
wonderful breathing techniques that are
highly valuable.
The Mindful Mama (p70)
