The photo shows London-based yogini Sarah Highfield in Antigua’s
beautiful Tamarind Hills, a place she knows very well. “I spend lots of
my time at Tamarind Hills on the island of Antigua in the Caribbean; it’s
a mini paradise away from the stresses and noise of London,” she tells
OM. She says she loves doing hatha yoga by the pool with its incredibly
zen-inducing views across the Caribbean Sea. “The water here is
absolutely mesmerising, it sparkles in the sunshine, you can see every
shade of blue, and it really helps to bring me into the present moment.
When I am here, I forget about everything else, and simply enjoy being
close to the sea and breathing in the fresh, salty air.”
