withouttouchingtheexhaustmanifold.thesignatureexhaustnoteis thankstoa new
titaniummuffler,with titaniumfinisherssportingburnishedblue tips.
thespecial-editiongt-r will come in three heritage-era,two-toneexteriorcolour
combinations meant to represent its liveries from the JapangP series.

electricalarchitecturebattery,encasedin carbon-fibreandkevlar
casing, with a 65-kWh installed capacity using over 5,600 lithium-
ion cells. This bespoke battery-pack lies where the original V
engine,gearbox,and fuel-tankwere located.The 800V system
allowsfor more efficientchargingand greatlyimprovedthermal
characteristicsonexistingelectricalarchitectures.this battery
powers two rear-mounted electric motors that should produce a
combined output of just over 610 PS and 950 Nm. Aston Martin
claim the Rapide E’s range to be over 320 km under the Worldwide
Harmonized Light Vehicle Test Procedure (WLTP).
