that the petrol car returns 13.87 km/l
while the diesel does 20.37 km to the
litre.

two engine options are the 1.0-litre
MPI petrol three-cylinder, making 76
PS and 95 Nm, matedto a five-speed
gearbox.The diesel optionis a 1.5-litre
tdi four-cylinder unit making 110Ps

and 250 Nm, also matedto a five-
speedgearbox.
volkswagenhaveintroducedthe
AmeoCorporateeditionata special
introductorypriceofrs 6.69 lakh for
the petrol and Rs 7.99 for the diesel,
both ex-showroom.
