that I find indispensable: my circular polariser.
Many people think a polariser is used to deepen the colour
of blue skies. While that’s certainly the case, it has a marked
effect on water too. A polariser can intensify the impact of
a reflection in water by reducing the degree of glare bouncing
off the water. Simply rotate the polariser and check how
it affects your shot as you twist it, until you arrive at
the effect that you’re after.W
