For automated webinars, a lot of what goes on is out of your control.
Obviously, you have a video recording of a webinar, so you want to
make sure it is the best quality possible. You want to link to a URL,
rather than talk price, so you don’t have to re-record it.
You also want to answer email comments within a reasonable timeframe,
usually 24 hours. Most of the automated webinar platforms will allow
somebody to set a comment in via email. Also, test out the platform for a
few days before you use it or mail to it, just to make sure it works.
