INTRODUCTION


My name is Jason Drohn, your author. Welcome to Convert. This book is all
about selling your products and services online. It's based on what I've learned
over the past decade plus, selling all types of products and services online in
many different niches, working with clients, and doing countless tests to find
what works best. It's essentially the last ten plus years of my business life
wrapped up in an easy-to-read volume that you can refer to again and again to
grow your business.


It really doesn't matter what you're selling as far as the book is concerned. We
will discuss concepts and principles that work in any niche. These techniques are
independent of whatever niche or industry you're working in.


This book is organized into five major parts and many short chapters.


In Part One, we'll cover sales funnels. A funnel is the process you lead your
customers through to get them to purchase from you.


Part Two is all about strategy sessions. These are free, one-on-one calls that are
great for selling coaching and other high-ticket services.


In Part Three, we cover webinars in depth. Webinars are a key part of the funnels
we build and are an ideal way to sell medium and high-ticket offers.


Part Four covers copywriting. Regardless of what mechanism you're using to
sell, it's your words that convince people to buy, so we've devoted this entire
section of the book to this critical topic.
