Creamy Broccolini
Pasta with Chile
Breadcrumbs
Prep 15 min. | Total 30 min.
- Heat oven to 425°F. On large rimmed baking
sheet, toss 1 lb Broccolini (cut into 2-in. pieces)
with 2 Tbsp olive oil, 1 clove garlic (pressed),
1⁄2 red chile (finely chopped) and 1⁄2 tsp salt.
Arrange in single layer and roast 15 min.
- Cook pasta per pkg. directions. Reserve 3⁄4 cup
cooking water; drain pasta and return to pot.
- Meanwhile, in bowl, toss 1⁄4 cup panko with
1 tsp olive oil, then 1 Tbsp grated lemon zest
and 1⁄2 red chile (finely chopped).
- Push Broccolini slightly to one side and spread
panko mixture in open space. Roast until
Broccolini is tender and crisp at edges and panko
is golden brown, 5 to 6 min.
- Toss pasta with 3 Tbsp lemon juice and then
1⁄4 cup each sour cream and reserved pasta water,
adding additional pasta water if pasta seems
dry. Toss with Broccolini and top with chile crumbs.
