sunfloweroilspray
1 smallredpepper, sliced
½onion,sliced
2 miniwraps
20g soft blue cheese


30giceberglettuce,shredded
4tsp hot sauce

1 Cut3-4slitsinthechickenbreast
andplaceina smalldishwiththe
BBQmarinade,turningtocoat.Set
asideforatleast 30 mins,orlonger.
2 Arrangethechickenona foil-lined
grillrackandslideundera preheated
grillfor12-15mins,turningonce,until
cookedthrough.Remove,wrap in
foilandsetasidetorest.
3 Meanwhile,heata fryingpanover
a medium-high heat and spray with

theoil.Cooktheredpepperand
onionslicesfor4-5mins,turning
occasionally,untiltheybeginto
softenandarelightlycharred.
4 Warmthewrapsbrieflyinthepan,
thenspreadwiththebluecheese
andpileonthevegetables.
5 Slicethechickenbreastthickly
andarrangeinthewrapswith
theshreddedlettuceandthehot
sauce.Rolltightlyandcut in half
