decades saw him don multiple hats in more than one walk, including
setting up Australia·s Àrst indigenous carbon management startup and
generating business for a niche residential segment for senior living.

Australia, where he was responsible for the strategic management and
operational delivery of an integrated facilities management portfolio. +e
has also worked with Compass Group, Australia, where he devised and
implemented client relationship programmes for key accounts.

ollaboration and data sharing is the way forward

believes Kamath. It is essential to build capacity
and improve the overall quality of workforce involved in
building operations. “Automation will drive the future of
operations in the industry and is key to ensuring effective
operations,μ he states.

operational data at a granular level. It can help prioritise
initiatives and implement right measures as well as evaluate
their impact. You can only manage what you measure.
:e have building automation systems and continuous
monitoring by e[perts to ensure efÀcient operation for
the lifetime of the equipmentsystem. Clear efÀciency
parameters need to be deÀned in the system and the
operational data needs to be regularly compared to ensure
high efÀciencies.μ
