INGREDIENTS
1 litre apple juice
5 strips of orange peel
+ extra to garnish
1 cinnamon stick
+ extra to garnish
3 cloves
1 tsp honey, optional
METHOD
- Place the apple juice
with the orange peel,
cinnamon, and cloves in
a pan over a medium-high
flame and simmer for
about 10 minutes. - Sweeten with the honey,
if needed. - Serve hot, garnished
with orange peel and

2 cups water
2 tbsp ginger, cut into
roundels
1 stick cinnamon
1 tsp honey
METHOD
- Place the water, ginger, and
cinnamon in a non-stick pan
on a medium-high flame and
cook for eight to 10 minutes. - Turn off the heat and strain.
Discard the ginger
and cinnamon. - Add the honey and
serve hot.
