Serves: 2
1 frozen banana, sliced
2 scoops vanilla The Beauty Chef
BODY Inner Beauty Support
2 cups almond milk (or non-dairy
milk of choice)
¼ cup macadamias
½ tsp mixed spice
Pinch ground turmeric
4 ice cubes, made using
filtered water
Combine all ingredients in high-
speed blender until smooth. Serve
among two glasses.

Makes: approx. 30 bars
4 tbsp coconut butter
4 tbsp coconut oil
2 cups medjool dates
1 cup raw almonds
1 cup raw cashews
1 cup dried cranberries and/or
goji berries
2 cups desiccated coconut, plus
extra
4 tsp The Beauty Chef GLOW Inner
Beauty Essential
Line slice tin with baking paper.
Melt coconut butter and coconut
oil in small saucepan over low heat
until melted.
When oil and butter have cooled
slightly, add to food processor with
dates and blend until combined.
In bowl, place almonds, cashews,
berries, coconut and The Beauty
Chef GLOW Inner Beauty Essential
until all ingredients are thoroughly
combined. Gradually add dry mix to
wet mix in food processor, 1–2 cups
at a time, and pulse until all dry mix
is added and mixture is of sticky
dough consistency.
Pour mixture into prepared tin
and press firmly with back of spoon.
Sprinkle with desiccated coconut and
press lightly into slice.
Refrigerate for 2 hours, then cut
into bars.
