Pastry chefs, award-winning

artists, Christine and Phil
Jensen own and run Peboryon,
a small yet internationally
recognised cake design
studio in Penzance. Having
established their luxury cake
business in 2014, they were
quickly invited to supply
bespoke celebration cakes
and cake sculptures to top hotels and venues acrossLondon and the South West. Their custom creations
have been sought out for both flavour and design flair.
As their business and reputation grew, they filmed
with Julie Walters for her Coastal Railway show in 2016
showcasing their innovative use of railways to supply
London’s cake needs. They are also stars of all seasons
of Channel 4’s Extreme Cake Makers often focusing
on their unusual sculptural commissions. When not
crafting and designing cakes, Christine and Phil teach
and present at shows, festivals, shows and business
gatherings. They are also the founders of The Cake
