HAZELNUT MOCHA
FRAPPÉ In blender, puree 8 oz coffee,
2 Tbsp chocolate-hazelnut spread and 1
cup ice until smooth. Top with whipped
cream and drizzle with chocolate-
hazelnut spread if desired.

DULCE DE LECHE AFFOGATO
Pour cold brew coffee over
ice. Top with 1 scoop
dulce de leche ice cream.

VANILLA-ALMOND ICE CUBES
Fill ice cube tray with unsweetened
vanilla almond milk. Sprinkle with
ground cinnamon and freeze.
Add cubes to coffee as desired.

BLUEBERRY-LEMON
MUG CAKE Q V O

1⁄2cup all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp granulated sugar
1⁄4tsp baking powder
1⁄8tsp salt
1⁄3cup whole milk
2 Tbsp unsalted butter,
melted
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp lemon zest
1⁄4cup fresh or frozen
blueberries
(frozen blueberries
retain their shape
better than fresh)

In 12-oz mug, whisk
together flour, sugar,
baking powder and salt.
Stir in milk, butter, vanilla
and lemon zest. Fold in
blueberries. Microwave
on High until just cooked
through, 11⁄2 to 2 min.

2 Tbsp cocoa powder
1⁄4tsp baking powder
1⁄8tsp salt
1⁄3cup whole milk
2 Tbsp unsalted butter,
melted
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
4 squares caramel,
quartered
1⁄4cup toasted pecans,
chopped

In 12-oz mug, whisk
together flour, sugar, cocoa
powder, baking powder
and salt. Stir in milk, butter
and vanilla. Fold in caramel
and pecans. Microwave
on High until just cooked
through, about 11⁄2 min.

RED VELVET
MUG CAKE Q V O

6 Tbsp all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp granulated sugar
1tsp unsweetened
cocoa powder
1⁄4tsp baking powder
1⁄8tsp salt
1⁄3cup whole milk
2 Tbsp unsalted butter,
melted
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1tsp red food coloring
3 Tbsp confectioners’
sugar
1 Tbsp cream cheese,
at room temp

In 12-oz mug, whisk together
flour, sugar, cocoa powder,
baking powder and salt. Stir
in milk, butter, vanilla and
food coloring. In small bowl,
mix together confectioners’
sugar and cream cheese until
smooth, then drop into mug
and push down until covered
by batter. Microwave on High
until just cooked through,
about 11⁄2 min.
