Rochester delivered fuel to the injectors with copper
lines and compression fittings, hallmarks of the origi-
nal designs. So LS Classic reproduced it. The lines are entirely
decorative. The system uses modern, high-volume -6 lines
and fittings hidden under the upper plenum.

The company uses Holley’s Dominator system for another reason:
to generally make the systems easier to tune. Detailed fuel and
spark curves give the ECU a ton of tuning latitude to make the engine
behave properly everywhere, not just at wide-open throttle.

To eliminate the mass airflow sensor, LS Classic recom-
mends and uses Holley’s Dominator ECU. They come
with the crate engines but not with the manifold kits, although
LS Classic offers them. The systems include a compact harness
for installation ease and good looks.

As with the injectors, throttle bodies accompany the
crate engine kits but the manifold kits use yours. LS
Classic configures the systems to use drive-by-wire or drive-
by-cable bodies.

The rocker-cover accessory kit employs the
stock rocker-cover mounting system, albeit
with extensions to accommodate the rocker shape.
They fasten just as stock using O-rings for seals.

The injectors and fuel rails can remain in place during
assembly but they can also come off for injector service
or modifications.
