FRIDAY, 9.30PM, ABC
This BBC miniseries is hard going.
It looks at what happens after a
British family discover their
14-year-old actor son was being
sexually abused by a Hollywood
producer while starring in a
blockbuster in the States. After
the truth comes out, the family
sign a non-disclosure agreement,
and accept a £3 million payout.
But soon their world starts to
unravel. The performances in
this harrowing drama are really
great, but the subject matter
might be too hard for many
viewers to stomach. A little
close-to-the-bone at times, but
very powerful television.WEDNESDAY, NETFLIX

Glitch is one of the best Australian
dramas of the past few years. The
fact Netflix are co-producers
means it’s found a much wider
audience – it now has fans all
around the world. Back tonight for
its third and final season, the
series picks up with the re-
emergence of two new risers,
Chi (Harry Tseng) and Belle (Jess
Faulkner). We also find out how
James (Patrick Brammall) is
coping after Sarah’s death. This
season, with the invisible
boundary shattered, all the rules have now changed and we
can’t wait to see what that means. Aussie TV at its best.Thrills +

Can’t get enough of a bit of royal
argy-bargy? This one’s for you! This
special looks at the secrets behind the
most sensational royal rifts and the
enormous repercussions they’ve had
for the British monarchy and society
itself. All the usual suspects are trotted
out as “talking heads” (yes, Paul Burrell,
right, rears his head and has plenty to say),
but it’s still lots of fun to unpick some of the
palace’s most scandalous fracas, starting with the
mother of them all – Diana vs Camilla. Keep watching until the
end – Kate and Meghan’s rumoured feud is addressed, too.The Righteous Gemstones
